George Nsamba – Field Director, UWP Uganda

George carries a passion to see Ugandan communities grow strong and provide opportunity for their people.  Trained as a teacher, he has always carried a burden for the next generation of Ugandans.  Now, as a pastor and humanitarian, George works to prioritize communities in need and coordinate the installation of new water projects throughout his nation.  Together with his wife, Beatrice, the Nsambas host our short-term teams and serve as a bridge between cultures.  The Ugandan Water Project in its simplest form can be seen in the close friendship between James Harrington and George Nsamba. George loves ice cream.
